Katrina has worked within the financial services industry since 2003 and qualified as mortgage and protection adviser in 2009. Her passion for giving quality advise led to Katrina founding her own practice, Vanilla Financial Solutions Ltd, before deciding to join forces with the like-minded team of advisers at Abacus in September 2023.   

 

Katrina likes to build long-term relationships with her clients, offering straight-forward mortgage and protection advice to individuals and businesses, from first time buyers through to borrowers in retirement. 

 

Katrina’s background working within an accountancy firm has given her an important insight into the challenges facing people running their own business and this knowledge has allowed her to particularly specialise in advising self-employed clients.

 

Living on a family farm on the Devon / Dorset border, Katrina enjoys water sports, cycling, and helping on the farm.
